Steen & Strøm occupies a strong position in Norway. The shopping centers had operating revenues of 662.6 million kroner in 2008 (594.5 million kroner).The company also manages 12 centres for Storebrand. Altogether the 28 centres account for an annual turnover of about NOK 18 billion.
Denmark
Rental income for the 3 wholly-owned centers amounted to 350.4 million kroner (292.6 million kroner). Steen & Strøm manages 14 centres for Danica. Operating profits from commercial management operations at Steen & Strøm Denmark amounted to 10.6 million kroner (32.2 million kroner). Altogether the 17 centres account for an annual turnover of about DKK 15.6 billion.
Sweden
In Sweden Steen & Strøm owns 9 centres with a total turnover of SEK 7,1 billion. Operating revenues at Swedish shopping centers amounted to 327.6 million kroner (327.2 million kroner).
